We strongly advise you to check the size chart and product description before you place an order.
If, within 14 days of receiving an item from Izzie n Friends, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for gift voucher (store credit) only.
The shipping charges (if any) from your original order will not be issued as gift voucher and is non-refundable. Postage charges for returns are non-refundable.

In the event that the item you purchased is either damaged upon delivery or different from what you ordered, you may return it, within 14 days of receiving the item, for either a gift voucher or a replacement item.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unwashed and unused, and the hangtag must not be removed.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Kindly email us at cs@izzienfriends.com of the return shipment tracking number, and whether you would like a replacement item (only applicable for damaged or wrong item sent) or a gift voucher.
Please note:
- We will process your request as soon as we receive the returned item.
- There will be no re-shipment charges for the replacement order. However, we do not reimburse return shipping cost.
- If we run out of stock for the replacement item, we will offer you a gift voucher to the value of the purchase to redeem any other items available. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, OR, if you would like a full refund, we will debit the purchase price of the item (exclude the shipping charges) to your credit card (please allow for 2 weeks to 1 month processing time). There will be no refund or reimbursement of the shipment cost.
