Shipping Rates (in US Dollar)
We charge the following flat rate for international shipping:
- Asia Pacific (including Australia & New Zealand) - USD25
- Middle East - USD30
- North America - USD35
- Europe - USD40
- The rest of the world - USD50

Shipping Method
- All shipments are via either Fedex / DHL / UPS.
- All orders will be shipped within the next 2 business day.
- Rates quoted (if any) for standard shipment. Transit time is between 3 to 5 working days
- Estimated time from order placed to goods received is around 7 business days.
- All shipments will be delivered to shipping address in the registration form. There will be no exchange or refund for addresses deemed invalid by freight forwarder.
- Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you.
- If you need express shipment service, please email us at cs@izzienfriends.com for rates and transit time
- If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.
Important Note on Duty & Tax
- We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment.
- We have built in the duty and tax in the shipment rate above. However these charges are subject to changes and we have absolutely no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.
- Therefore, upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of additional local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.
- On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.
- If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.
